Jan Winhall

Jan Winhall, M.S.W. F.O.T. is an author, teacher and psychotherapist. She is an adjunct lecturer and practicum supervisor in the Department of Social Work, University of Toronto. Jan is director of Focusing on Borden, a psychotherapy and training center. She has built a community of people who teach and practice Focusing as a way of life. Jan presents internationally on trauma and addiction. Her book, "Treating Addiction with The Felt Sense Polyvagal Model: A Bottom Up Approach" is the result of rethinking the Felt Sense Experience Model that she wrote about in Emerging Practice in Focusing- Oriented Psychotherapy, 2014. Her most recent book, "20 Embodied Practices for Healing Trauma and Addiction Using the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model" releases March 18, 2025, and will accompany her new Community Practice Groups offering. Jessica Zormann

Jessica Zormann, MEd, RP, FOT, CCC-S is a Focusing Oriented Psychotherapist and Certified FSPM Facilitator based in Toronto, Canada. Using the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model, Jessica helps clients with ADHD and AuDHD to manage intense emotions and make progress toward their goals. Robert Ragucci

Robert Ragucci became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in 2000, specializing in Addiction and Recovery. He served as a Drug Counselor for Options Recovery Services for 16 years, teaching classes on Terence Gorski’s Denial Management, Stephanie Brown’s Developmental Model of Recovery, Prochaska’s Stages and Processes of Change, and Meditation. For the past 10 years, he has been a student of spiritual teacher Thomas Huebl. Robert has spent the past three years studying Jan Winhall’s Felt Sense Polyvagal Model and is now a certified FSPM Facilitator and Focusing Trainer. He is credited with discovering the fourth circle in Jan’s Four Circles model. Additionally, Robert is a Safe and Sound Protocol Provider and is currently pursuing certification as a Rest and Recover Protocol Provider.

Claudia Goetzelmann

Claudia Goetzlmann is a Certified FSPM Facilitator and Compassionate Inquiry (CI) practitioner. She has studied Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Relational Psychedelic Therapy with focus on Integration (PAT). She is also an End of Life Doula and a certified Grief Tender and Ritualist under the guidance of Francis Weller. Soo Strong

Soo Strong is a Certified Felt Sense Polyvagal Model Facilitator and a certified focusing professional. She is an experienced somatic coach, NLP coach and mindfulness teacher. She has engaged with trauma and addiction processing from the inside out to heal her own issues and now successfully supports others to transform theirs. Elizabeth Moitoza

Elizabeth Moitoza earned her MSW from Boston College in 1980 and has dedicated her career to supporting clients while continuously pursuing her own professional development. With extensive experience in family and couples therapy, she is certified in Emotionally Focused Therapy and has worked with many couples facing challenges. Additionally, Elizabeth has trained in Internal Family Systems and EMDR to help clients dealing with trauma. Her personal journey includes years of 12-step recovery, which deepened her understanding of addiction. Motivated to enhance her skills in trauma and addiction treatment, she began training with Jan Winhall and was inspired by Winhall’s work on the Felt Sense Polyvagal Model, finding the focus on the nervous system and body essential for healing. Elizabeth is a certified Felt Sense Polyvagal Model Facilitator.

Ragna Reiske

Ragna Reiske is a Certified FSPM Facilitator and a naturopathic doctor working with trauma-related mind-body challenges and highly receptive nervous systems.
