Dr. Schwartz makes the information accessible and easy to follow and apply immediately. The information was "just enough" to be informative and helpful without requiring excessive time or technical knowledge. I highly recommend it for anyone looking to deepen their yoga practice and/or teaching, and to better understand the autonomic nervous system, the role of the vagal nerve in putting the brakes on the stress response, and the ease at which one can access and harness its magnificent power.
